Triumph Classics

Triumph Bonneville

The latest Triumph Bonneville brings together over 50 years of engineering excellence into one iconic bike. Triumph Bonneville is a contemporary interpretation of what many would call a ‘proper' motorcycle, combining classic status and looks with modern touches such as its clean, efficient fuel-injected engine and lightweight 17 inch alloy wheels for even sharper handling.

The beating heart of the Triumph Bonneville is a modern 865cc parallel-twin engine with the benefit of fuel-injection for easy starting, smooth running and modern standards of emissions control. Traditional carburettor bodies disguise the throttle bodies, however, to maintain those classic looks.

The Bonneville's modern chassis offers excellent handling characteristics and great agility, whilst the low seat height gives the Bonneville superb manageability, creating a reassuring ride for owners of all ages and experience. A wide range of Triumph Bonneville accessories allows riders to customise their Bonneville to their personal preference.

The Triumph Bonneville SE features an even higher specification than the standard Bonneville. The classic look is further enhanced with polished aluminium engine covers and chromed tank badges, and Triumph offers traditional two-tone paintwork options together with hand-painted pinstripes, for maximum retro effect. In addition, the Bonneville SE features a tachometer, allowing the rider to perfectly match gear selection to engine speed.

Triumph Scrambler

The Triumph Scrambler takes its inspiration from the 1960s Triumph off-road sports motorcycles and has a unique, stripped-down look and feel. Scrambler has a range of classic styling features including gaiters, contrast seat piping, and high-swept chromed side pipes.

The Triumph Scrambler is a fabulous contemporary reinterpretation of the timeless classic, that found its way to the heart of Hollywood. The Scrambler features Triumph's legendary 865cc air-cooled parallel-twin engine coupled to a modern fuel injection system to give plenty of torque with modern levels of reliability. This classic Triumph still retains its distinctive sound of the Scrambler's 270 degree firing order and twin stainless steel exhausts.

Triumph Thruxton

The Thruxton is the sportiest of Triumph's modern classics - a genuine café racer more than capable of delivering an authentic Triumph experience. The Triumph Thruxton features low rise bars, 18 inch spoked wheels, a sporting riding position, megaphone silencers and - to complete a classic package - a race-inspired stripe from tank to tail to bring back the glory days of the Ace Café.

Triumph Cruisers

This doesn't mean there is any compromise in performance, however. The Triumph America is the lightest bike in its class and a fabulous ride.

Triumph America's classic British 865cc parallel-twin provides a relaxed riding experience perfectly in tune with its authentic, minimalist cruiser styling.

Enhanced ergonomics for the 2011 Triumph America position the rider lower, but also closer to the controls, for a laid back but assured riding experience. At just 250kg and with its low 690mm seat, the Triumph America amongst the lightest and easiest bikes to ride in this class.

Such a powerful engine demands a superb chassis and the Rocket III Roadster lacks nothing here. Superior quality chassis elements include 43mm upside down forks and the Rocket III has ABS as standard. The mighty Roadster's ergonomics have been specifically devised to ensure riders enjoy total control. The Rocket III Roadster also offers comprehensive instrumentation, housed neatly within its classic twin-clock set up.

Cleverly-tuned suspension achieves excellent levels of comfort with no compromise on control. This is combined with a 180mm rear tyre width and 16 inch wheels to deliver remarkably agile handling.

Triumph Speedmaster

The Triumph Speedmaster is the ultimate stripped-down hotrod with the ‘bad boy' good looks that attract a million admiring glances. The Speedmaster offers slash-cut pipes with black engine cases and black cast wheels featuring machined detail. At the heart of the Speedmaster is its classic air-cooled 865cc parallel-twin, 270 degree crank engine, carried down the road on big wheels matched to short guards to complete that legendary look.

The new Speedmaster for 2011 offers a seat height of 690mm seat height, making the Speedmaster accessible to yet more riders, whilst the handlebars have become even wider, even higher and even more pulled back, giving a notably new and different riding experience.

Triumph Thunderbird

The Triumph Thunderbird is powered by Triumph's all-new 1600cc T-16 parallel-twin, giving the Thunderbird a fantastic and class leading combination of power, torque and economy whilst still achieving a level of refinement previously unavailable amongst mainstream cruisers.

The Triumph Thunderbird also uses a low maintenance belt drive system, the first example in Triumph's modern period, which delivers the plentiful power smoothly and precisely. You can also order your Triumph Thunderbird with anti-lock braking.

Based on the award-winning Triumph Thunderbird, the standard Thunderbird Storm is powered by a 1700cc parallel-twin and is already remarkably highly-specified. Thunderbird Storm's stripped down styling is completed by the iconic twin headlamp set up from Triumph Rocket III and Triumph Speed Triple.
